    This item is perfect but is not hangtagged, this is a 6" Spandex cummerbund, you pull over your head to your waist, It measures 24" around and stretches a pretty good bit, It is marked as large adult with inside tag but I say it is a medium to large adult, since a waist of 24" would be pretty small to medium to me. Please not, there is no finish on the edges of the item, that is intended as this fabric does not ravel.  The model is showing it over a vest that is not included. Notice the belt tends to scrunch, that is the intended use. grncntr 27
