    This item is perfect but is not hangtagged, this is a 6" Spandex cummerbund, you pull over your head to your waist, It measures 34" around and stretches a pretty good bit to nearly 70", It is marked as 1x with inside tag , since a waist of 24"  Please note, there is no finish on the edges of the item, that is intended as this fabric does not ravel.  The model is showing it over a vest that is not included. Notice the belt tends to scrunch, that is the intended use. sb18
