    Description

Up for bids is a wonderful collection of 51 National Olympic Committee pins/buttons/badges made I believe for the 1980 Summer Olympiad in Moscow. They are all in Cyrilic alphabet but where the country name is not easily identifiable I have typed a small piece of paper with the appropriate name and attached it to the back. Each is 2 inches in diameter and each has a pin back. The countries included are El Salvador, Uruguay, Liberia, Republic of San Martino (2), India, Netherlands, Mongolia, Hungary, Burma, New Zealand, Libya, Ethiopia, Romania, Jamaica, Iraq, Argentina, Ireland, Italy, Bolivia, Bermuda, Japan, Ecuador, Yugoslavia, Norway, Switzerland, Mexico, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Guatemala, Sweden, Malaysia, Liechtenstein, United States of America, Turkey, Morocco, Singapore, Kuwait, Ghana, Netherlands, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Czechoslovakia, Cuba, Egypt, Peru, Nigeria, Tunis, Zambia and Canada.
It's an unusual collection because of the quantity and its age. Each badge is in excellent condition and the colors are very bright and true. They are made poorly (by our standards today) but are typical of items made in the Soviet Union at this time period.
    Good Luck!
