Drake R-4A Ham Band Receiver

This is a wonderful receiver. It is sensitive and selective. It compares point by point with my Collins 75S-3. In fact, it's better on cw.  It's been said that the R4-b is one of the best receivers ever made... this R4-a is virtually identical to the B. ( Ok, some purists would argue there were some minor changes, but I have both, and they are pretty much the same in my opinion)  It's for sale because I have several of them, and this one is just not used.  It is in good condition: check the pics and you will see.  It has had the power cord replaced.  It has had some, but not all of the electrolytics replaced. All work was done in a workmanlike job.
