    Description

    Bank Check, Cayuga County Bank of Auburn, NY dated 18 July 1862,  Vigette of woman on left end.  Made out to Wm Harris but signed on the back by Sidney Mosken.  2 5/8 by 7 inches.  Starting Oct 1st, 1862 there was a requirement of a two cent revenue stamp on checks but this is dated before that date so no stamp.
