Antique JOHN PRASSE Furniture Catalog VICTORIAN ADVERTISING / Staten Island NY
This 20-page 4" x 8.5" advertising booklet was printed in the Tromp-l'oeil style, made to look like a real bank book.
Booklet is complete, with no missing or torn pages, and no repairs.
Pages are crisp, but some are loose from staples. No library stamps or markings and no writing in book. Rust to staples and some staining at spine, as shown. Please excuse the glare on the cover, in my photo.
Advertisement was found stored in an old oak file cabinet, where it sat for over 100 years! There are some amazing pieces of furniture illustrated. I have included large photos of many (but not all) of the pages.
Not a reprint or copy! This is an ORIGINAL antique Victorian advertisement.
