    . Expands the measurement capabilities of standard instruments.
    Like new, has never been used (factory seals are preserved). Removed from storage due to warehouse cleaning. There are slight scuffs due to occasional inspections of the warehouse. Designed and manufactured at a measuring equipment plant in the USSR about 30 years ago from special durable and safe materials. It is a high quality device designed for long-term use.
