Diablo, Trinity County, State Of California, Agricultural and Mechanical College Land Grant.  To Decatur Mudgett, and clearly signed by the Governor of California, H.H. Markham, guaranteed Genuine, dated March 17, 1891.  Large, Fancy, Document with two official seals of the State Of California and the California Land Office, suitable for framing.  Printed on Security paper, 16 1/2" by 19 1/2" in size, and in nice condition.  No holes, tears, or visible damage, although there is some aging on the center fold.
