major express operator in northern California and southern Oregon during the early 1850’s, It connected with Gregory's, Adams and Newell & Co. expresses in Shasta for transport to and from San Francisco. The company
added partners A. E. Raynes (of Raynes & Company) and Richard Dugan (of Dugan & Company) in 1853. These later additions gave Cram, Rogers, & Co. control of the area from Jacksonville, Oregon to Shasta, California and to Crescent City, California. The business closed on Mar 27, 1855.
